Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original T.U.K. box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or box to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
